Sustainability
We encourage sustainable development in Costa Rica.
Development is inevitable in Costa Rica. My personal mission is to bring sustainable development to Costa Rica. Sustainable development has been defined as development that "meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs." To me it means development that is profit-oriented, but also sensitive to the social, economic and environmental impacts that such development will have on the community that is directly exposed to it, the country of Costa Rica and ultimately the planet on which we all reside.
So how do I personally promote sustainable development in Costa Rica? Well by offering my consulting services to rightly motivated clients and then providing direction that is geared toward a sustainable development mindset. I am not interested in clients that want to cut corners in order to turn a profit as quickly as possible and then make a fast exit. These types of clients wish to make their "hit" while creating a mess which future generations of Costa Ricans will have to contend with. On the contrary, my ideal clients are investors interested in making a profit, but also in making a difference for Costa Rica and in being an example for other developers to follow. Therefore, I will offer my services exclusively to those developers interested in projects that provide returns to the environment, the community, the country and to the investors themselves.
